Aqua Swimming
Now they say a good healthy way to stay in shape in Aqua swimming.
So tonight I went, and treaded water, kicked my legs, did my jumping jacks for a hour.
I got out and felt great, a good workout, burned a good 400 calories.
Oh, but so hungry, starving.
SO now I'm angry with this type of exercise, as my stomach growled all the way home, untill it had a big plate of cheesy nachos.
So as you can see all good things lead to evil in some form or another. Even blasted exercise!

Trying to be a bit more healthly (and maybe lose a few extra pounds as well), I just bought a juicer... and I am very excited.
Not only is fresh veggie and fruit juice good for you, they claim that a glass of fresh juice before a meal will curb your appetite.
I will see. Last night I made apple, blueberry, honeydew melon juice, and I made fresh tomato sauce for my pasta.

Crystal, you always crack me up with your thoughts.
Biting is a n issue I have with Dannielle who is 18 months. She hasn't done it for a while which is great. One of the kids who she playes with bit her and I thought she would register that it hurts to bite but no the same day as she bit Bree-anne. She is not four however and four they should know how to vent there fustration out in words.

good on you for doing some excercise - good way to relive some "pre-event" stress. Bought myself a eplical step machine the other week as it cost less than a 6 monthly trip to the gym in my area. love it do about 40 minutes on it whener I can. It is at Stu's place so about 4 times a week is the plan.

I recently started walking (fast walking) at lunch time when I am at work... it was really great for the first month or so, however, now I have been too busy with other stuff and my exercise has suffered.
I want to get back into it soon. Although I didn't specifically lose pounds, I did notice a huge improvement in my endurance, and I truly felt better and more energetic when I was in the routine.
