Canada Day
Happy Birthday Canada!
Today we are doing our small town celerbrating.
Already went for the pancake breakfast, next the parade.
We also have potato sack races, pie eating contests, a craft and bake show, beer gardens, and late tonight fireworks.

We spent our Canada both at work...BUT then we had a nice supper at home together and went to the fireworks. The fireworks were spectacular. We had great seats as I have a friend who has an apartment that overlooks the river valley.
Maybe next year Canada will fall on the weekend (I think it does) and we won't have to work.

Sounds like I missed a great fireworks display.
Our small town does it small, but for the kids it was just long enough.
