The power of ones mind is greater than we think. We could help ourselves more if we had more trust and faith in our abilities. An interesting example to our power is in that of Hypnosis. We often hear of people going to Hypnotists, but rarely about those who do self hypnosis.
Why is it that mankind trust others in all areas of their lives more than themselves. We seek constant advice from professionals, but do we ever sit in our own easy chair and listen to our soul direction for help?
Hypnosis is an interesting subject, it success in based on the trust levels we give others. Not only do you have to trust the hypnotist, but you have to follow him/her. Easy, as we are all followers or are we? This is the reason we are limited in the development of own subconscious mind and it's hidden power.
