Health In the Hands

Our hands reveal more about us then we realize. For centuries hands were a simple way to determine one's health. Even today a good doctor will look at your nail beds for clues for his diagnosis. Some common things to look for in health in the hands are listed below.
Don't believe me, check your medical book many of these are listed.

Finger Clubbing - Respiratory disease
(the finger nail rounds off at the end of the finger giving a club like appearance.

Thick Brittle Nails - Low blood pressure and or poor blood circulation.

Spoonlike Shaped Nails - Anemia (lack of iron)

Deep Red Nail Beds - High Blood pressure

Thin Nails can be caused by a vitamin deficiency.
